True Colors Podcast: Madison Carr with Dale Seabury

Recharge your school brand with an effective website.

On this episode, I’m joined by Dale Seabury, a school consultant who has helped many schools improve their marketing efforts. We talk about how to know when it’s time to revaluate your site’s content, what the process looks like, and helpful tips to make it a success!

About The Guest:

Dale Seabury a MarCom maven, lover of schools, and dogged supporter of the students, faculty, and staff that make them tick.

For 13 years, she worked at The Pingry School, a K-12 independent, co-educational day school in northern New Jersey. While she began in the Athletics Office, she quickly moved on to the Admission Office, serving as an Assistant Director of Admission and Director of Financial Aid. Then, she became the school’s Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing, all while continuing to serve as an Upper School Advisor.

Her expertise is rooted in providing comprehensive communications vision, strategy, and execution—as well as day-to-day, detailed support—for more than 30 departments, 350 employees, 7,000 alumni, and 1,100 students and their families between two campuses. And she delights in drawing upon best practices from the business world—thanks to her MBA—to solve the unique challenges of an educational environment.

About The Host:

Madison is a both-sides-of-the-brain kind of thinker. She’s always had a passion for making things look better and work better. It’s a knack she funneled first into design and then into brand strategy. Over hundreds of hours and numerous projects, Madison has been elbow-deep in strategic thinking for many brands, small and large.

She has refined her craft of branding design, and has years of experience in creating the kind of collateral that sends the right message to the right people. With care and quality, she’s handled a wide breadth of projects and brings a deep attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mind.
