True Colors Podcast: Madison Carr with Mark Zockoll

Presenting your school in a correct, competitive, and compelling way.

On this episode of True Colors, we’re joined by Mark Zockoll from Christian Principals Podcast. Mark helps shine light on the role of principals when it comes to reflecting your school’s true colors. He provides insight and understanding for what supports effective leadership, managing board relationships, and interacting with parents and families.

About The Guest:

Mark has held roles as Administrator and Head of School in Christian schools and currently works for Maranatha Baptist University as an adjunct in the Education department. He is one of two hosts of The Christian Principals Podcast.

The Christian Principals Podcast was born out of a shared passion for Christian education and a recognized need in the greater Christian school community. Matthew George and Matthew Zockoll, experienced Christian educators and colleagues, found themselves searching for a podcast that specifically addressed the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Christian school leaders. To their surprise, no such resource existed. Independently, Mark Zockoll had come to the same realization.

When the two Matthews approached Mark with their idea, they discovered he had been contemplating a similar venture. This serendipitous alignment of vision and expertise led to the creation of the Christian Principals Podcast. Together, they set out to fill this gap in the Christian education landscape, providing a platform where Christian school building leaders could find practical advice, spiritual encouragement, and a sense of community. Their combined years of experience in Christian education, coupled with their passion for leadership and faith, form the foundation of this valuable resource for Christian school administrators across the nation.
